01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and epicvip ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the epicvip platform at epicvip.lat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the epicvip brand, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, Sic Bo, sports betting, slots, and any promotional programmes. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

epicvip reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with epicvip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. epicvip strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily applied through epicvip or through any other recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You have not previously had an epicvip account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

epicvip may, at its sole discretion, decline any application for registration without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on epicvip. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, epicvip reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any funds, bonuses, or winnings therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Notify epicvip immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

epicvip shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Account balances are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise dealt with as assets.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on epicvip are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following general provisions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Deposits are processed instantly or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment method. Supported methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and may be adjusted by epicvip from time to time without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification ("KYC") procedures. epicvip reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawals until satisfactory documentation has been received and reviewed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid out to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are not accepted.
• epicvip does not accept cash, cheques, money orders, or cryptocurrency as valid deposit or withdrawal methods.
• Any transaction fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are solely your responsibility.

epicvip reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of any applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

epicvip offers various promotional programmes, including but not limited to the Welcome Bonus and Cashback Bonus. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be available to players who have previously claimed the same offer or who are registered from restricted jurisdictions.
• Each promotion carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period stated in the promotion's specific terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• epicvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where fraud, system error, or abuse is suspected.
• Multiple accounts created to abuse promotions will result in the permanent disqualification of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all associated balances.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on epicvip are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selections prior to confirmation. epicvip will not be held responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, epicvip will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the outcome fairly. In cases where a fair resolution cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• For live sports betting, the odds displayed are subject to change before the bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• epicvip reserves the right to void any bet that is deemed to have been placed using exploited software errors, inaccurate odds, or other technical anomalies.

Game results on epicvip are determined by certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All game outcomes are random and cannot be influenced by the Company or any third party.

07 Fair Play & Anti-Fraud

epicvip maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or abuse. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to obtain funds or winnings not legitimately earned.
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intended risk of gambling.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any activity constituting money laundering, as defined under applicable Malaysian anti-money laundering legislation.

epicvip actively monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required. Any funds identified as the proceeds of fraud or money laundering will be withheld and reported to the appropriate authorities.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the epicvip platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, imagery, sound effects, and the epicvip brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the epicvip platform without the express prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of epicvip's intellectual property may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, epicvip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling activity, whether resulting from winning, losing, or technical malfunction.
• Interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or odds displayed on the platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.

epicvip's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with epicvip's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

epicvip implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Responsible Gaming

epicvip is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We strongly encourage all players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. The following tools and policies are available to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.

We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via email or an on-site notification, but it remains your responsibility to review the current Terms regularly.

epicvip may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the Company, other players, or third parties. Upon termination, any outstanding balance in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be paid out to you in accordance with our withdrawal procedures, subject to satisfactory identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using epicvip, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
